Asian Business School, Noida extended a warm welcome to the guest speaker Mr. J.P Joshi, HR Business Partner, Schneider Electric. He delivered a lecture on the topic “Evolving Trends in HRM” as part of our Distinguished Lecture Series on 9th March, 2016.

Mr.JP Joshi is a HR professional with more than 15 years experience with Indian & Foreign MNCs at Corporate, Factory, R&D and Greenfield projects environment across sectors viz Pharma, Biotech, Chemical and Power (Energy & Solar). He is Masters in HRD, PhD in HR and has also acquired Fast Track Business Management Program from IIM Bangalore. He is a certified trainer and has published 5 research papers in National & International journals. He is a Visiting faculty of IIM Rohtak. Currently he is working with Schneider Electric as HR Business Partner for Energy & Solar Business vertical. Prior to Schneider, he has worked with Aditya Birla Group and Intas Pharmaceuticals Limited in HR Domain.

The students of PGDM (15-17) benefitted tremendously from this interaction. They were made aware about the current global trends in the HR domain. We are grateful to the eminent speaker for his words of wisdom. Surely, the lecture series has broadened the intellectual horizon of the students; the interaction with the stalwart of the industry will have a lasting impact on the minds of the budding managers.
